The NEO 320 and NEO 320 Plus are both hot water models with rear wash, feminine wash, and self-clean modes. The key difference is that the NEO Plus includes the upgraded cleaning mode and comes with Lift-to-Clean and Slide-in Installation features.

Compatible with most 2-piece toilets and some 1-piece toilets, the NEO Plus has a weight limit of 300 lbs. For customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, new parts included in the kit must be used. The NEO Plus Series bidets come with Standard 3/8" Fittings, which are different from NEO Series 1/4" fittings.
